OUR STORY
We met online in October 2023, and from the very beginning it felt like something special. What started as a simple connection quickly turned into shared adventures and countless memories.
Before long, we were off exploring Scotland together, chasing sunrises, sunsets, and the occasional aurora, usually armed with cameras, coffee, and optimism about the weather. From hiking through the hills to spontaneous road trips with no real plan (other than snacks), we quickly learned that the best moments are often the unplanned ones, especially when they end with laughter.

We bonded over so many shared passions: our love of Formula 1 and other motorsports like the WRC, our complete dependence on good coffee and hot chocolate, and our shared taste in music. We’re proud supporters of the Glasgow Clan Ice Hockey team and can often be found joining in the chants, cheering loudly, and losing our voices like seasoned pros.
When it comes to travelling, we’re just as happy in a cosy hotel as we are camping under the stars, because nothing says romance like rain, a slightly wobbly tent, and still agreeing it was a great idea.
Together, we’ve created a perfectly blended family, five wonderful kids and an amazing grandson who all get along brilliantly (which still feels like a small miracle). We believe in teamwork, supporting each other through everything, and finding humour even on the chaotic days.
Getting engaged was an easy “yes” and the start of our next big adventure. We’re beyond excited for our wedding and can’t wait to celebrate with the people we love most, come rain or shine… very much the Scottish way.
